Moving
I know, right? Can’t I talk about anything else?
Actually, this is about how my blog is moving, but I did want to say that even though I’ve been too busy too respond, I have read, appreciated, and thought about all the comments you guys have left on our moving blogs.
I was eventually able to get around to making one decision, and that was to move my blog to wordpress. My husband has been working tirelessly for weeks on the blog design and it’s finally ready.
The good news is you all don’t have to do anything. I bought MarvelousMrsE before I started blogging here, so now we’ve had it redirect to wordpress instead of blogger.
Umm, or something like that. This is my husband’s department so I don’t entirely understand what he’s talking about. He also said something about how some of you might still see the old blog for a while until I’m finished impregnating the internet with the new one.
I’m pretty sure I heard him wrong because that doesn’t make any sense at all.
Anyway, let me know what you think! And if you’re a subscriber, let me know if the feed isn’t working…
Some people that simply “follow” your blog from blogspot MAY need to update their readers, but I could be wrong, as my Google reader is showing an update to this blog, so all is good.
As for the “impregnation” – he’s right. It sometimes takes a day or two for a DNS change to take affect… and time for cache’s to correct the old page, but I think because you went from blogspot to wordpress, this will be negligible.
I see the change. It looks awesome.
I should say – it looks a lot more cleaner than blogspot. I’m glad you made the decision to switch over. ;o)

Looks great and it must all be working because it fed right to my followers page. Of course I don’t know about the suscribing because I don’t get blogs that way. I would rather read them all online than in my email.
Thanks! I need to start visiting blogs again. I’ve gotten in the habit of reading them all from my google reader… this is bad because then I don’t leave comments and my bloggy friends don’t get page views…
