Nutrisystem: Week Eight
I only lost 0.6 of a pound this week, and I skipped a workout one day.
I followed the plan except for two lunches out where I ate the healthy sandwich instead of something bad.
Still a pretty good week considering all the stress I’m under. In the past I wouldn’t have worked out at all, and there would have been some McDonald’s and definitely some Taco Bell.
Also, I noticed that my workouts were getting too easy, which I’m sure is causing my weight loss to slow a bit. So my last few workouts I upped the resistance on the elliptical and moved to program 2 on my abs/strength training DVD.
Weight loss for week eight: 0.6 pounds
Total weight loss: 16 pounds
